Here are some of the old parts that were taken off and some of the new parts that are arriving.

The rear-end removed and will be replaced with a beefy Tom's 12-bolt IRS package.  Patrick looks a little confused....as always.

The entire vacuum system will be taken out.  The wiper door will be removed and no longer needed with the long style L-88 hood.  The stock vacuum headlight system is being replaced by the McSpeed Killer electric lights setup.
